Project Access
Knowing (and limiting) who in your organization can access which Project is a fundamental feature of Jigawatt Fusion. By setting up Teams and granting Users specific Project Visibility settings, you can establish very definitive rules about who has access to what information. People in your organization will automatically be granted or denied access.
But rules can be complicated. To help you visualize–and to know in an instant–who can see what, just go to the Project's Access panel, which breaks down who can see it, either through their User settings, or through their Team affiliation.

Direct Sharing
Sometimes, you may want to grant access to another User independently of the Team structure or visibility settings. You can share a Project directly with another User or whole Team on a one-off basis, simply by clicking the + Add User or + Add Team button, and making your selection.

Users or Teams that are granted visibility of a Project via direct sharing can have their access revoked just as easily.
