If you get real busy, your Pipelines are going to fill up with Projects, and you'll find yourself in a morass of nebulous to-dos the second you log into Jigawatt. When your task list punches you in the face, properly prioritizing...hell, even just knowing what's going on with all your Projects can take a lot of brain power.
The Activity Dashboard essentially lets you know what's been going on in your Jigawatt environment lately. It's a digest of recent activity across all your Projects. It also is home to a compilation of all your Tasks, concise reminders to reach out to one of your prospects.
You see the Activity Dashboard first thing when you log in. To get back to it, click the Activity button in the left sidebar. There, you will see Project updates, mentions from other Users directed toward you, and pretty much everything going on involving Projects of which you are the Owner. You can filter this activity to include everything you're privy to versus correspondence directed toward you specifically. You can also choose specific Pipelines to review at a given time.
Mark as read
The Dashboard's Activity Log can be an organizational tool as well as just a running string of updates. You can mark notifications as "read", or leave them unmarked until action has been taken. When Tasks become available to Pro users, these will take precedence on the Activity Dashboard, making it a truly proactive tool for getting stuff done.
