Files & Attachments
User Notes allow for the uploading of multiple attachments, allowing users to share site photos, plan sets, applications, and contracts. Notes & Activity sorts chronologically, giving users a detailed history of progress on a Project. This doesn't, however, make it very easy to sort and group attachments contextually.
Files & Attachments is a lean, flexible folder structure that makes it simple to group and organize your attachments. Folders can be created and nested on the Project level; folder tree templates can also be saved at the Company level to build out your Projects' file structure in just a few clicks.
