Collaborative solutions
While you can usually find software that does many (or even most) of the things you're looking for, you're usually out of luck if you want to make modifications to a widely-used service. With Jigawatt, you get the best of both worlds.
A hybrid approach
Our Hybrid service is a cost-effective way to build a unique platform tailored specifically to your needs. Pick and choose from Jigawatt's vast feature library, commission a few new tools of your own, and have it styled and branded for your organization. Hybrid deployments live on a specifically-designed server environment and is available for your use indefinitely.
Like custom development, Hybrid solutions are highly collaborative. You'll work closely with our engineering team from concept to deployment. The result is a lot like a custom project, but the process is a lot more streamlined. Of course it only works for companies looking to do something like we've already done.
Fully custom development
That's right, we turn dreams into reality. We're not talking your daydreams of one day becoming a real princess, nor the wacky fever dreams that get made into David Cronenberg films. And not the cheesy McMansion you “dreamed” up whilst covetously perusing Houzz. And not those naive visions of an egalitarian Utopia you used to dream about back when Americans still had hope.
We're talking about a very specific type of literal, actual dream. That one where your subconsious mind finally sorts out a functional problem you're having at work, and you wake up with an epiphany and scribble it down. But unlike all your other midnight scribblings that you read the next morning and think “WTF was I on?”, this scribbling would solve a very real problem, if only you knew someone who could build it. Well, now you do!
The Jigwatt team specializes in building cloud-based web applications using primarily Javascript frameworks, REST API, and both SQL and NoSQL database systems. Before recommending a tech stack, we seek to understand both short and long-term objectives of the project in question, as well as the technologies already in use within your organization, in order to help you make the best technology decisions.
We'd be happy to give you a tour of some standups and integrations we've done.
Commissioning custom software is not for the faint of heart, and most of the time, there's an off-the-shelf solution that's everything you need and more.
When does it make sense to invest in custom development?
