Setting up a brand new profile and customizing all your options can be fun! But for most of us, it's kind of a drag. Your Jigawatt company account has a pretty flat learning curve, as usability is a high priority for those of us who designed it. But there will still be some things you'll need to take some time to wrap your head around, hence the Help Hub! It's a step-by-step setup assistant that walks you through the handful of critical configurations you're going to need to be a successful Jigawatter. The Help Hub is also an interactive checklist, to help remind you what you've already done and what you need to do. Lastly, it's a quick reference guide to important articles within the robust Jigawatt Documentation Site, so you don't have to bookmark it, or etch the URL into your cuneiform tablet, or whatever antiquated thing folks are still doing to get back to important websites.

To access the Help Hub...

Be signed in to your Jigawatt account.

Locate the "Help Hub" button in the left sidebar.

Click it.
